Efficient monocrystalline PV cells

Scientists at Astronergy have developed improved design and manufacturing techniques for generating high-efficiency six-inch mono crystalline cells, exceeding 19%, without any cost increase. This new Nova technology will have an immediate impact for customers, providing a higher system power output, while utilizing less space at no additional cost. Customers will be more competitive and be able to provide a faster return on investment to investors. Commercialization of the new cells using Nova technology is now available with an output to 260 Wp in 60-cell configuration, as well as up to 310 Wp in 72-cell configurations. Additional efficiency improvements are capable with the new technology and planned for production introduction in the near future.
