Solaris Energy Announces Leadership Evolution: Nick Perugini Named CEO, Alex Blackmer to Focus on Strategic Direction as President

Solaris Energy, Inc., a leader in financing and development of commercial-scale solar and storage, is thrilled to announce an exciting evolution in its executive leadership team. Co-Owner Nick Perugini, previously Vice President, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Alex Blackmer, Founder, Co-Owner and outgoing CEO, will continue to play a crucial role as President, focusing on strategic direction and overarching company goals.

Nick brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in commercial and industrial solar project sourcing, development, and financing. His leadership has been instrumental in the successful completion of hundreds of solar projects sites across the United States. Nick will drive Solaris Energy to new heights using this experience and his passionate industry organization leadership as a former Board Chair of the Colorado Solar and Storage Association (COSSA) and former President of New Energy Colorado (NECO).

Alex, a pioneer in the solar industry, will step back from day-to-day operations but remain involved in guiding Solaris Energy's vision and strategy. His continued involvement will ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy sector.
