Next Hydrogen Announces Director Resignation

Next Hydrogen Solutions Inc. (TSXV: NXH, OTC: NXHSF) (“Next Hydrogen” or the “Company”), announces that it has accepted the resignation of Matthew Fairlie from the Board of Directors of the Company effective January 15, 2025.
