Guardian Announces Pedro Caceres as New Chief Executive Officer

Height safety leader, Guardian, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Pedro Caceres as its new Chief Executive Officer. Since joining Guardian in June 2024, Pedro has held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Acting CEO, driving significant improvements in responsiveness, operational efficiency, and customer delivery.

With over 25 years of executive experience, Pedro brings a wealth of expertise, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Doskocil Manufacturing (Petmate) and Global Vice President of Supply Chain, Operations, and Sourcing at Lenox-Newell Rubbermaid. His extensive background will be a key asset as Guardian enters its next phase of growth and transformation.
