Renewable Energy Leader PivotGen Taps Industry Veteran Chris Gerlach for SVP of Finance

PivotGen, a leading renewable energy developer and wind project repowering company, announces the appointment of Chris Gerlach as Senior Vice President of Finance. Gerlach will oversee capital raising and financial structuring strategies in support of the company's expanding portfolio of renewable energy projects.

Gerlach brings over 25 years of global finance experience, having led structuring initiatives that secured more than $10 billion in funding for major infrastructure projects in the U.S. and internationally. His extensive energy sector background includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer/CFO at Trimark Associates and in senior leadership roles at ContourGlobal and SolarReserve. Gerlach’s expertise spans capital raising, financial structuring, and risk management for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Gerlach holds a MSc in Shipping, Trade, and Finance from the Bayes Business School in London and a BS in Finance from the University of London. He is fluent in English, German, Portuguese, and Spanish and has worked in more than 20 countries, fostering relationships with investors, governments, and corporate clients.
