RNWBL Announces Leadership Change: Daniel DePonte Appointed CEO

RNWBL, LLC, a premier provider of renewable energy services dedicated to supporting the decarbonization of the North American energy grid, proudly announces that Daniel DePonte has been appointed Chief Executive Officer succeeding the current CEO, Charlie Leykum, who will continue in the role of Founder and Chairman of the Board. Additionally, Rafa Amaral has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Mr. DePonte. 

Daniel DePonte brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the energy industry, notably as VP of Renewable Operations Support Services at NextEra Energy prior to joining RNWBL as COO in early 2023. 

Rafa Amaral, RNWBL’s new Chief Operating Officer, brings expertise in renewable energy deployment, cost optimization, and process streamlining. With leadership roles at GE's Renewables division, he brings a proven track record in P&L management and strategic growth.

Charlie Leykum, the company’s Founder and Chairman, expressed confidence in DePonte’s leadership.
